This truly is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and you will need to be able to keep up!Your overall responsibilities include:Creating a positive, engaging customer experience for those who interact with the Regional Executive Director office.Meeting and greeting a wide range of visitors to the office including students, staff, employers, and VIPs.High level business support, coordination, and project management.Diary management.Development, production, and analysis of business reports.Research and information gathering to support and enhance the activities of the Regional Executive Director.The incumbent will have a strong customer focus, be able to think on their feet and make decisions and work within a busy, multi-tasking environment, with experience in:Previously supporting senior executives|CEO and working with confidential information.Working with a wide range of staff to deliver desired results in a way that is mana enhancing.Preparation of reports and presentations and record management.Writing, editing letters, reports, and memos, where thoughts and ideas are well ordered and easily understood.Reading, reviewing numerical information.Managing communications and expectations with diplomacy, professionalism, and confidentiality.Using Microsoft Office software specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Because of the fast-paced and varied nature of the role, confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities and a strong attention to detail is essential.
A mature outlook, a cool and calm demeanour, and a good sense of humour are also important.
