Together with our patients, their families, and caregivers, we strive to deliver integrated healthcare services and programs that contribute to Adding Years of Healthy Life.Job description:The Executive Assistant supports the Group Chief Nurse (GCN) and Senior Manager, NHG Group Nursing, with secretarial duties including calendar management, expenses and assets management, meeting coordination, minutes taking, and general administrative support for the department.The role also involves administrative and logistics support such as data entry for projects, liaising with vendors (stationery, catering, printing, etc.
), and other duties related to departmental activities and events, as assigned.Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport the GCN and Senior Manager with secretarial duties: calendar management, expenses and assets management, meeting coordination, minutes taking, and administrative support.Provide secretarial support including:Calendar managementMeeting coordinationMinutes-takingGeneral administrative supportProcure products and services following procurement guidelines.Maintain shared drive folders and ensure appropriate access.Support logistics for training sessions, department events, and other activities.Assist in assets management (laptops, furniture, software, equipment).Support data entry for projects and liaise with vendors.Maintain records of staff leave, absences, training, and activities.Assist with departmental activities and events as needed.Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer and Head of Department.Job Requirementsa.
Education/Training/Experience- Minimum Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.- Proficient in Microsoft 365, MS Office suite, Canva, MS TEAMS, and ZOOM.- Experience in office administration or secretarial work is preferred.b.
