The opportunity:
Manage multiple requests and priorities staying calm under pressure, exercising judgment, and seeing beyond the day-to-day to anticipate changing needs.
Extensive diary management (professional and personal) producing coaching client schedules and coaching programs, booking travel and accommodation in Australia and overseas.
Manage all communications to a high standard, including handling highly sensitive and confidential material, ranging from speaking engagement booking/enquiries, coaching clients and media appearances.
Full event /project management and coordination, from inception to execution one day speaking events, retreats, conferences and book launches. Attendance at some events will be needed.
Financial management including all aspects of invoicing, liaising with bookkeeper, managing online store and accounting software.
Managing social media presence, from branding, communication, blog updates, podcast uploading content to website, liaising with web designer.
General admin tasks - professional and personal.

Looking for flexibility in a role - Permanent part-time position 15 hours per week with flexible working hours 1 day in office 2 days at home.

What were looking for:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, or EA to an entrepreneurial leader preferably in a related industry.
An obsession for details and exceptional organisational skills.
The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all things.
An entrepreneurial spirit and a get things done mentality.
Proficiency with outlook, word, excel, eway and xero.
Passionate delivering a high level of service and delight. As a first point of contact for the business you will need to be customer driven and enjoy exceeding client expectations.
Ability to work independently, be five steps ahead, using initiative and passion to drive projects.
