As EA to a group manager, you will ensure smooth administration support with other EAs across our vibrant Senior Leadership Team.Teamwork is essential in this role, as it is not a standalone traditional EA position you'll work closely with the wider EA team to deliver exceptional support across a busy Directorate.
It is essential that you are detailed focussed and are in your element when it comes to juggling multiple priorities at any one time. You are a resourceful problem solver but are confident to ask questions when needed. You need be able to hit the ground running,providing organisational support across a number of teams whilst learning about the work programmes.
An overview of your responsibilities:
Pre-empt Group managers needs and identify priorities and risks.
Have strong coordination skills and are experienced in supporting a senior leader and their groups.
Confidence in working across ambiguous and changing environments.
Email and diary management.Help coordinate within a busy EA team ensuring the Directorate has what it needs to deliver.
Coordinate various programmes of work across the group/Directorate.
Act as a key point of contact and trusted team member.
Manage finance and invoice processing.
Familiar with booking travel and events as required.
Develop and embed administration processes.
Bring fresh new ideas to the team.

You will be supporting a Group manager and their wider group who have key programmes of work to deliver.You will need to be an experienced PA/EA with the co-ordination skills to match.
