Evening Caregiver | Ponsonby | Part-Time

Looking for a big sister/brother with similar values who we can trust with our two boys like an extended family member.
Pick up of 7 year-old from after-school care 4-4:30pm and meeting older sibling (11) at our home, then caring for them until after 6:30pm. Duties include: Collecting from Ponsonby-based programme and bringing home ( Reading with them / homework activities Some transport to/from sport practice is possible (TBC) Feeding already-prepared dinners (i.e. reheat - no cooking required) Getting them ready for bedtime Assisting with homework and playing with them No housework / cooking required! Great English/communication is important as helping with primary school homework is an important part of the job.
Job starts any time between now and end-February. Hours are negotiable and likely to be able to fit around your study and exams, but ideally would be 4:30pm to 6:30pm, Monday - Friday. 3-5 days per week (prefer if you can do 5 days but days reasonably flexible). Normally 2 hours per day (hourly rate paid), with $160+ per week take-home for 5 days (additional hours, extraordinary kms, and baby sitting paid as extra). Possibility of job-sharing with another to cover your lectures/classes/exams.Your own car is a must and clean drivers' licence (can help with exemption but prefer full licence). Successful applicant will have great communication skills and a bubbly, bright attitude.
