Exclusive role exists for an Estimator with specific experience in Residential low rise construction. They specialise in small and large developments such as single detached housing, units and townhouses.

Key Skills Required -
Minimum 2 years proven experience estimating both residential low rise and townhouse projects is amust
Long tenure in previous roles is advantageous
Must be enthusiastic and motivated to learn and expand on your current experience and skill set
Great technical ability (IT skills)
Ability to produce quality work within specified time frames
Previous use of Estimating software is highly desired however full training can be provided for their particular software
