We have 2000+ employees, have been an industry leader for over 30 years and are committed to a culture of health and safety, excellence, and continuous improvement, whilst caring for our people, clients, and communities.About the role:As an estimator, you'll be responsible for pricing and preparing quotes and tender responses, attending onsite scoping visits and collaborating with our project team to assess delivery strategies.
From preparing cost breakdowns and work methodologies to presenting to senior leadership and supporting project handovers, your work will help ensure accuracy, efficiency and customer satisfaction every step of the way.Key Responsibilities:Prepare cost estimates including materials, labour, and time requirementsConducting quantity take-offs and site inspectionsEngage with subcontractors and suppliers to gather competitive pricingPresent proposals to the senior leadership team, outlining scope, methodology, risks and competitor insightsEnsure all quotes meet client KPI's for timeframesSupport project managers during handover and maintaining quote trackingHelp refine pricing strategies to grow our market shareWhat we're looking for:3-5 years of estimating experience in related field (commercial construction or facilities management), ideally coupled with your post graduate qualificationStrong analytical and numerical skillsExcellent communication and relationship management skillsProven ability to work under pressure meeting timelines without compromising qualityFamiliarity with ISO standards and modern estimating toolsWhat's on offer:You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive team where hard work is balanced with a strong sense of community.
