Who are they...Well established and growing food manufacturing businesses based in Otahuhu is looking for an ERP analyst/specialist to support the integration of new and updated systems and technologies.What you'll be doing...Reporting to the CIO based overseas and supported by the CFO based in Auckland, you will be responsible for integrating the new ERP system into the business. You will be responsible for:Working with business managers to understand how data, technology and the ERP system could better support their needs.
Educating and training on how to use the ERP (M3) and implementing best practice processes
Optimising data, both the depth and integrity
Working with Supply, Operations and the Commercial team to identify new tools and technology that can streamline and automate
Supporting IT and ERP planning for NZ with the CIO
Troubleshooting day to day IT enquires
Who you are...We are looking for and ERP specialist ideally with M3 (Movex) or other ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, JDE in a manufacturing environment at an analyst and process improvement level. This is a development role so the key elements that you will need is ERP and process improvement experience, this could be for a division or part of a business. The team will support you in expanding your experience to grow and develop into a Process Lead for the business.We are looking for someone who is confident is speaking up and making suggestions, problem solving . You will also be someone who can do the hands on execution but also step back and think about the bigger plan, strategy and how to build a scaleable platform and processes.You will manage basic IT questions that arise so some fundamentals and interest it IT systems is important.This is fast, fun environment and you will spend most of your time face to face interacting and planning with Business Managers so a sense of humour and passion for technology and tools is a must!!If you are interested please apply now! or call Vanesha Din on 021569499 if you have further questions before applying.
