Environmental, Health and Safety Manager The FNR Group Health, Safety & Environment (Construction) The FNR Group (FNR) is a locally owned and operated civil and construction company with a long and proud history of developing infrastructure in the Far North District. About the role: This is an exciting hands-on senior role in which you will have significant scope to influence and drive safety within our company. We are looking for someone who will be a champion for safety, wellbeing and environmental management across all of FNRs divisions.  You will be responsible for overall environmental, health and safety management across our sites. This requires high level implementation, monitoring, improving, and communicating company policy and requirements. You will ensure compliance with legislation through effective implementation of our QEHS Management System. The position requires you to conduct and manage audits, inspections and reporting across all sites. Subsequently, the role includes (but is not limited to) oversight on induction and training, medical and emergency, operational risk management, hazardous substances, fire safety, drug & alcohol testing, and building warrant of fitness. To apply you must have: At least 5 years' experience in a Health and Safety Management role. Relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety and environmental. Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines in accordance with NZ Standards.
