Description & RequirementsAbout the Role:The EHS Coordinator is responsible for influencing, driving, and promoting an enduring health and safety culture at the site. It is a role that also facilitates the achievement of our ESG goals, to deliver a more sustainable future. These are achieved by coaching, influencing, and mentoring the team to demonstrate effective ownership of safe working practices and the coordination of the implementation of the Kraft Heinz Safety Management System.The role requires an understanding of behavioural safety techniques and how strong leadership can influence behaviour at a shop floor level.
