Account & Relationship Management (Sales)The Enterprise Sales Executive(Tech) plays a crucial role participating to meet the overall business growth targets of the organization by various modes.These include close engagement and expansion of network within the existing client organization, collaborating with internal stakeholders on client acquisitions, and going to market with solutions catered for the changing dynamics of the IT landscape relevant to workforce solutions and other services.The Enterprise Sales Executive(Tech) will play an active role in pioneering, designing, shaping, and influencing the various pillars of the organization's business services.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentification, qualification, and engagement of potential business prospects.Oversee and drive lead generation and acquisition strategiesSupport in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet annual business goalsCollaborate with Business Development, Strategy & Service teams in driving and meeting business revenue growth targetsEstablish and expand business relationships with both potential and existing clienteleDeconstruct, develop and tailor a solution to Clients' requirementsSupport the Business team in the participation of identified business leads, not limited to examples such as Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Invitation to Tender (ITQ).Attend relevant industry events to network, acquire information on the latest trends, and grow organizational branding as well as for professional growthSupport in the ideation and creation of presentations relevant to the services/products carried by the businessCrafting business proposals as well as partaking in the process of pricing strategizingConduct presentations of the organization profile and her business services to the relevant partiesMaintain the CRM database to have a clear and organized inventory of Client information as well as business leadsRequirementsMinimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business/ICT/Mass CommunicationPossession of relevant working experience in the fields of business development, channel sales, or marketing will be an advantageHas 1-2 years of experience or exposure to marketing or business development-related activitiesA good command of the English language, both written and verbal, is essentialHaving command of additional languages would be an advantageBasic general knowledge of the field of Information Technology and its changing landscape will be a key advantageCore Competencies and Skills AttributeLinguistically confidentNaturally analyticalProgressive mindsetAbility to ideateComfortable with working independently within an allocated time frame with goals in placeWe offer an attractive remuneration package and career progression.Quarterly Corporate Activities, Medical Insurance and Training.Please state clearly your past work experience, reasons for leaving each role, and past and expected remuneration.We regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
