We seek experienced sales professionals with a strong track record, self-awareness, and a desire to develop their consultative selling skills in a vendor environment.
This role involves hunting for new clients and nurturing existing customer relationships.What You'll Do:Build and maintain deep relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.Lead account planning, strategy, and target setting.Manage the entire sales process, engaging Pre-Sales, Consulting, and Partner resources as needed.Define value propositions for ERP & SCM and drive sales campaigns.Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to position Oracle Cloud offerings effectively.Develop a sales pipeline through calls, emails, and market intelligence.Create strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.Engage prospects with strategic, value-based selling, including ROI analysis and references.Balance short-term results with long-term revenue growth.Provide accurate forecasts and ensure revenue targets are met.What You'll Bring:Enthusiasm, knowledge, and customer-centricity to help Oracle become the top cloud provider.5-10 years of proven sales experience with stability and consistency.Experience working with government customers is preferred.Ability to challenge customer perspectives and structure effective sales pitches.Strong communication skills, including with C-level executives.Experience selling high-end software solutions or consulting services to enterprise and mid-market companies.Life at Oracle ANZ:Oracle offers diverse career opportunities across industries and roles, fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and rewarding workplace.
