Taumarunui HospitalPermanent, Part time (0.4FTE)We are seeking anenthusiastic, motivated Enrolled Nurse to work with our diverse anddynamic team in a variety of clinical areas. You will be working primarily inthe inpatient ward with a supportive team of Registered Nurses, EnrolledNurses, Health Care Assistants and Medical Officers whom are patientfocused.
The team providesintegrated patient care in the acute inpatient ward, postnatal ward, EmergencyDepartment and Outpatient Department. We also work closely with our primaryhealth care providers to work in partnership in patient care.
Current practisingcertificate with the NZ Nursing Council
Available forrostered shifts
Be able todemonstrate you have excellent time management and communication skills
Have the ability towork within the team and autonomously

Taumarunui Hospitalis one of the three Waikato DHB rural hospitals. It is located about 160kilometres south of Hamilton, in the heart of the King Country in a picturesquevalley surrounded by farmlands. We have a total of 18 beds between theemergency, inpatient, and the primary birthing facility. All services havecollaborative relationships within the hospital teams and with communityproviders in order to ensure an integrated healthcare approach. We have afantastic, supportive, and multicultural team with varied workloads and acuity.
The town is a shortdrive to ski fields and a centre of outdoor activities, kayaking, riverfishing, biking and walking trails, and the Forgotten World Highway. Taumarunuioffers a lower cost of living in a friendly and welcoming town with no peakhour traffic to contend with; all of which promotes a relaxed and stress freelifestyle.
