Engineering Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

You'll work closely and collaboratively with production ensuring that they're well supported as they try to get quality product out the door on time for their customers. You'll also be a good leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring and motivating your team, whilst ensuring preventative maintenance goals are being achieved and that the use of your maintenance budget is returning the best possible outcome for business.

Proven experience leading maintenance teams within pressured manufacturing environments
Trade or tertiary engineering qualification
Previous experience managing resources and budgets
Sound understand of Reliability Engineering and Maintenance Best Practice
