Engineering / Maintenance Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Working closely with management and the engineering and operations teams, your key tasks will be to ensure all site services, utilities (steam, water treatment) and heavy operational plant are constantly available. This Includes all the routine and scheduled planned and unplanned maintenance on specialised heavy processing machinery or plant.

Tertiary qualification (Degree preferred) in an appropriate engineering field (Mechanical, Chemical Process or Electrical)
A strong commercial acumen (budgets and financial plans etc)
Minimum of 10 year's experience in large continuous industrial manufacturing and plant maintenance processes
Have "battle-proven" knowledge of project management tools and project delivery
Focus on managing a wide portfolio of projects and provide expert resolution of issues
Deep understanding of the principles of asset care
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
