Reporting to the Group Safety and Wellbeing Manager, this newly created role will take the reins of managing our award winning Hikoi ki te ora Wellness Programme, from ongoing design and development through to reporting.
You will relish the opportunity to bring a strategic and operational focus to wellness, cultivating a highly engaged culture with integrated wellness practices aligned to our values, vision and purpose.
You will have responsibility for creating, coordinating and delivering all aspects of wellbeing programs and activities, including communication and engagement tools, aimed at improving the health, fitness and wellness of our people.
A big picture thinker, who is hands on you will quickly garner a good understanding of the business drivers and pressures. You will build key relationships through trust and respect to enable meaningful and ongoing change to be delivered to our people’s health and wellbeing.
What You Will Bring:
With a genuine passion and interest in wellbeing, you will be resourceful, and knowledgeable of key trends and hot topics in physical and mental wellbeing.
A confident presenter and networker you will be effective facilitating discussions and have a natural ability to build credibility and trusted relationships quickly.
You must be able to demonstrate your ability to successfully embed behaviours and processes as well as create meaningful partnerships.
With a reputation as a professional with a high level of integrity, and enthusiasm, you will be super organised, able to manage multiple priorities and be results driven.
Ideally you will have a background in FMCG, manufacturing or supply chain, working in multi-site environments, with people at all levels of the organisation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential.
We are open to considering people with varied backgrounds and experience who can show a genuine interest and understanding of health and wellness and have expertise in project coordination, change management and creating and delivering key activities to diverse groups.
