Our engaging staff strive to enable the best quality of life and create opportunities to achieve positive individual outcomes for the people who receive our services.We currently have a vacancy for a full time Employment FacilitatorAs an Employment Facilitator, you will support individuals across Spectrum Care's services to increase their employment opportunities. You will work with individuals to understand their wants and needs, develop goals and support them to find the opportunities that are right for them. A key part of your role will be building relationships with a range of agencies and services (such as businesses and employment services) to increase opportunities for the people we support to find work.If you are a people person, who enjoys supporting people with disabilities to reach their potential through goals and aspirations then we would like to hear from you. You will be a confident, passionate person who believes that active community engagement and robust support networks are a fundamental focus for this industry. You will be comfortable talking with new people, be creative, innovative and great at getting people to get on board with your sound ideas.
