You will work with individuals to understand their wants and needs, develop goals and support them to find the opportunities that are right for them. A key part of your role will be building relationships with a range of agencies and services (such as businesses and employment services) to increase opportunities for the people we support to find work.If you are a people person, who enjoys supporting people with disabilities to reach their potential through goals and aspirations then we would like to hear from you. You will be a confident, passionate person who believes that active community engagement and robust support networks are a fundamental focus for this industry. You will be comfortable talking with new people, be creative, innovative and great at getting people to get on board with your sound ideas.
