The Electrical Inspector/Operations Coordinator is a SME on all matters electrical to also include ducted heat pumps and EV pre-assessments and installs. You will be an experienced leader who is able to motivate, guide, and coach our team of electricians. You will be required to carry out audits of pre and post installations (travelling regionally is required). You will also be fully competent in all aspects of health and safety, computer literate across ATS and the Microsoft Suite You may be a Senior electrician looking to progress into a leadership role. You must have a full, current EWRB Registration and also an Electrical Inspectors Licence (or working towards or willing to complete).

You will also you will be coordinating and allocating day to day work activities for our team of Electricians. Ensuring high standards of workmanship, customer care and client liaison, estimating, Financial and Management reporting, Business development, Job cost reporting, a sound working knowledge of PLC I/O and instrumentation There is also a sales aspect to the role (upselling our products and services/solutions).

Previous experience in the HVAC industry will be advantageous, there will also be a travel aspect to the role for auditing purposes, this will be Regional.

Essential skills, experience and education:
Full current EWRB registration Electrical inspectors ticket (or working towards or willing to complete) Five years experience as an electrician (senior) Working on the tools completing pre/post audits Able to travel regionally (on the tools) to complete pre and post auditing Previous experience with quoting/estimating and quality documentation Experience in electrical contracting and service work in a Residential capacity Knowledge of ATS/CRM Databases/ Proficient in the Microsoft Suite Experience in scheduling/auditing and rostering of electricians Hazardous area experience with EEHA training (or equivalent) Health and safety - The Electrical Inspector/Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all electrical staff are aware of all H and S policies and processes, hazards and processes for managing them. They are required to act as a role model for safe working practices and attend H and S meetings when and if required. Knowledge of HRV products and services
