Ecommerce Content Executive

About the Role

Sharp & Carter are proud to partner with this truly iconic Australian retail group in the search for an experienced eCommerce Content Executive to join their fast-paced and innovative Online team on an initial 3 month contract. Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, this role will own and manage the promotional content and brand content campaign plans across all websites for the company.

Duties
Manage product set up, product photography and descriptions, product life cycle and product availability across all brands and websites;
Manage site content structure and navigation;
Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding website content;
Create and deploy new website pages and maintain existing websites;
Use Google Analytics to analyse performance;
Track and report on website usage and optimisation;
Developing strategies for SEO.

Skills & Experience
Knowledge and understanding of using Content Management Systems (CMS) is a must, Hybris CMS would be a benefit but not essential;
Knowledge in the construction and design of websites with UX and customer journey best practices;
Strong HTML/CSS coding and Adobe Creative Suite abilities;
Experience in sending, delivering end reporting on eDMs and newsletter communications (Campaign Monitor or Mailchimp preferred);
Understanding of creating and implementing social media and digital marketing campaigns;
Experience in SEO and Google Analytics.
