ABOUT THE ROLE

We're working with a performance-focused DTC brand looking for an Ecommerce Data Analyst to turn data into clarity—and clarity into action.

This is a strategic role that sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and performance. You'll be the go-to person for breaking down what's working (and what's not), building dashboards, and giving teams the confidence to move fast.

If you love making sense of messy data, spotting patterns others miss, and turning insights into growth—this one's for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Own analytics across Shopify, paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok), and CRM tools
* Build, manage, and optimize reporting dashboards across performance, LTV, CAC, AOV, retention, and funnel metrics
* Analyze marketing performance and uncover trends across campaigns, cohorts, and channels
* Provide insights to inform creative testing, audience targeting, and product strategy
* Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to forecast and plan based on data
* Support attribution modeling and contribute to media mix recommendations
* Present key takeaways to stakeholders and leadership in simple, actionable formats

ABOUT YOU

* 2+ years experience in an analytics role, ideally in eCommerce, DTC, or digital marketing
* Strong knowledge of Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads reporting, and/or third-party attribution tools
* Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; bonus if you've worked with SQL, Looker Studio, or BI tools
* Clear communicator who can turn data into action
* Detail-oriented but can see the big picture
* Bonus: Familiar with tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, Klaviyo, or Mixpanel
