Description
Peel Forest Preschool is an independent, not-for-profit, community led early childhood education centre based in Peel Forest Village. Our recently refurbished indoor and outdoor facilities celebrate our rural setting and encourage play-based learning as guided by the principals of Te Whariki. The Centre is open 4 days a week, 8:30am to 3:00pm and closes for all school holidays during the year. We are licenced for 18 children aged over two years.We require a Centre Manager/ECE Qualified Head Teacher. The successful candidate will be committed to providing high quality education and care, an open communicator, adaptable and prepared to go the extra mile to ensure the effective operation of the Centre. In doing this they will be supported by an enthusiastic Governing Committee, a supportive community and committed staff.Applicants must be honest, cheerful and enthusiastic with strong leadership abilities.
