We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced or aspiring Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team as our Centre Leader.
You will be joining a kind, caring and empathetic team working in a small, home-like environment, within a community hub.

You will be responsible for: Building, maintaining and leading a team of kaiako.
Supporting staff to ensure tamariki, parents and whanau enjoy a positive learning environment where best practice is followed.
This includes being responsible for the financial viability, educational quality and missional opportunities of the centre.
You will work with tamariki, parents, whanau, kaiako and will support staff to provide a warm, safe, loving and learner-friendly environment where tamariki thrive.
Additionally, you will build/maintain connections with the wider Salvation Army and other community services to provide wraparound support for the ECE community.

This role is permanent/full time beginning in March 2025 and hours worked will be 40 per week (Negotiable for the right candidate)
