We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with experience in online and e-commerce admin and content management experience to work on a permanent, part time basis to run our online store.
Fun, supportive and collaborative culture! Part-time role, 3 days per week; Monday, Wednesday & Friday (9am to 5pm) Work with top designer fashion brands!
Do you have a true passion for fashion and follow designer brands? You will be self-motivated, driven and solutions-focused, continuously looking for ways to improve systems and processes. The role will cover; invoicing, stock management and general running of the online store! Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Responding to incoming customer enquiries via phone and email (order, product and account enquiries as well as online support). Receiving, processing and sending online orders to customers using Courier Post e-Ship and DHL Express. Processing returns and exchanges. Excellent product knowledge and attention to detail. Load products and assets onto the website Reporting on Online Sales Figures Liaising with Suppliers to arrange to receive stock and shipments and imagery. Maintaining a Google Drive folder with suppliers e-commerce and campaign imagery for Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer General business administration, maintenance of operational excel spreadsheets and project work. Requirements: Have website, content management & e-commerce experience High level of computer literacy and an ability to adapt and learn quickly particularly in MS Office and Google Suite. Previous experience with Kudos ideal but not essential Work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks. Have excellent written and communication skills Possess outstanding attention to detail
Shift Times are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 5pm.
This is a fast-paced and busy role and will suit someone with previous e-commerce experience. We are open to considering entry-level candidates that can be trained up to fit the requirements.
Ideally, the successful candidate will start on the 6th of January 2020!
