About the role
Located in Ultimo, this role will see you working within the IT team, assisting with the implementation of a number of strategic projects, all based on a Microsoft Dynamics product set. With the launch of a new workforce management solution based on Dynamics365 within Field Services, the objective of this role is to be a technical leader in the support of tech2s Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 products and services
The key responsibilities for this role are listed below, but not limited to:
Assist in the support of Dynamics CRM and Workforce Management Solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer technical issues.
Assist in the implementation projects and ongoing operations as a support lead (level 2/3).
Work closely with Developers and other project team members to successfully deliver projects
Support new and existing Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
To be considered for this role you must have:
1 years Dynamics CRM development experience.
Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015
Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics.
Experience is using the dynamics APIs
Solid experience in writing plugins, actions, workflows for dynamics
Development experience with Dynamics Field Service Module (desirable).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules
Ability to create high-quality functional documentation and strong technical requirements gathering skills.
Can balance complex workloads and conflicting priorities
Has excellent communication skills to build strong and positive relationships with customers and internal staff at all levels.
Work in an efficient and effective manner whilst being versatile and adaptable to the ever changing needs of the business
The successful candidate must have full work rights to work in Australia as well as a clean, valid police check carried out within the last 6 months.
