You're an up and coming leader with a real passion for people -
Utilise your wide range of communication skills!
An opportunity has arisen in our Duty Supervisor team based at the Papamoa Depot. This role is primarily responsible for the performance of a team of Operators ensuring a high level of customer service, reliability and safety is delivered. You will have approx. 50 - 60 Operators and the ideal applicant will be able to create a high performing team through excellent coaching, support and mentoring skills
The Duty Supervisor must also effectively liaise with the other Duty Supervisors, the Senior Operations Supervisor, the Regional Operations Manager, Human Resources Department, Leading Operators, and the Service Delivery Coordinator.
