Suitable applicant must:
Must have at least 1 year experience working in hospitality. It will be an added advantage when this person has gaming machine knowledge, hotel management booking system and making cocktails in the bar and a tertiary qualification and preferably holds a full drivers license.
Must have a New Zealand General Manager Certificate.
Must have INTEGRITY.
Must have a good command in English and have effective communication skills.
Must NEVER use mobile during working hours.
Must be able to start as soon as possible.
Must be able to work as scheduled.
Must be considerate and take ownership
Must possess a WOW FACTOR when delivering services to our bar, gaming patrons and guests staying in our hotel.
Must be firm and fair.
Must be committed to put our business ahead of applicant’s personal interests.
Must be willing to work flexible hours to suit the needs of our businesses.
Must be able to lead by example.
Must have good personal hygiene and grooming.
Must have a positive, vigorous work attitude and a good sense of humour.

Duties and job descriptions:
Able to train and supervise staff in the work place.
Managing the whole operations in our establishment.
Opening the hotel businesses for the day.
Balancing the floats in the hotel at the end of the night.
Serving bar and gaming patrons.
Making cocktails and creating new cocktail menus.
Checking in guests in the hotel and assisting them with their luggage.
Taking hotel bookings and confirmations.
Maintaining the hotel website.
Performing gaming machine duties.
Maintaining and cleaning gaming machines when required.
Adhere strictly to the Sales and Supply of Alcohol Act.
Adhere strictly to the regulations set by the Department of Internal Affairs.
Ensuring that the cleanliness within and surrounding of the hotel are maintained.
Cleaning or removing rubbish in hotel premises when need to.
Ensuring that the patrons and guests adhere to the policies set out in the hotel.
Placing orders with the suppliers.
Going to the suppliers to acquire any stock that is running low or depleted.
Maintaining and supervising standards of service quality and food safety.
Maintaining stock at a satisfactory level.
Ring suppliers to communicate of our wants and needs effectively.
Will perform extra duties or adhere to rules, regulations and legislations apart from the said above when required.
