Coming out of lockdown and looking for a change of career? Our Nelson crew is growing with a large pipeline of construction projects coming our way, including significant stormwater upgrades, bridge construction, retaining walls / structures, pavement rehabs and other exciting projects to keep us busy!
Our team have secured lucrative contracts in Nelson and we are now looking for numerous driver operators to join our friendly and hardworking construction and maintenance crews. We are looking for motivated individuals to come join our crew and help us make a difference in the community.
Based in the sunshine city, this is an exciting opportunity for you if you are an experienced driver operator or if you are looking to get in to the industry and you are willing to learn, grow and develop yourself within the business.

About the role
You will be responsible for operating your specialised equipment to a high level in terms of productivity, quality, and safety. Along with your positive attitude and your ability to work in a team there are a few essentials to what we are looking for:
We are looking for driver operators that hold a minimum class 2 licence and have experience operating machinery to a high standard.
You will have your WTR endorsements – or be ready to have these endorsed on your licence
Experience operating heavy machinery in a similar field
Show commitment to safe work practises
Work well in a team environment, but can work well alone when required.
