This role will provide cover across two of our villages and requires someone with a great eye for detail, who's not afraid to get their hands dirty and is a team player. As a motivated "self-starter", you will be responsible for keeping our village sparkling and takes pride in making their place of work gleam with cleanliness. You will need to be honest and reliable, with the ability to work unsupervised as well as being a supportive member of the team.You will appreciate how important this position is in delivering an outstanding service to our residents, so you must have empathy for the older person, as well as excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate in a clear and considerate fashion. You will also have great attention to detail and an industrious, diligent approach to ensuring that the job is done to the highest standards.
