About the RoleMetlifecare Powley Village is looking for a Diversional Therapist to support the wellness of their care home residents.
The role reports to the Nurse Manager.Hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm - 40 hours per week.You will be:Planning and implementing an innovative activities programLiaising with families and staff to participate in leisure activitiesAssisting our residents to participate in organized activitiesEstablishing and maintaining a therapeutic environmentEnsuring the health and safety of our residentsAbout youWe are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative, outgoing, and can think outside the box.
You will have a genuine love for the elderly and want to make a difference.
