Counties Manukau Health is a dynamic and progressive organisation at the forefront of innovative health delivery, working with New Zealand's most culturally diverse populations.

This role encompasses a wide range of skills such as advanced wound care management, continence management, rheumatic fever prophylaxis and palliative care. We have a reablement ethos which is a strengths based approach which supports patients to be well in the community by focusing on functional improvement and participation. We also now have Hospital in the home which gives opportunities to use your acute nursing skills in the community. You will be based at Papakura and occasionally you may be required to work across other Community Health Team bases.
You will have the support of the interdisciplinary team and access to ongoing in-service education, professional development and supervision provided by senior colleagues.
