80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE)
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing team as a District Nurse.

This position is for a duration of 12 months to cover parental leave. Ideally we are looking for someone full time, although we could also consider part-time hours (0.8 FTE) as an option.
Community Nursing provides a wide range of specialist nursing care in the community, with the aim being to enable our patients to stay healthier for longer and remain in their own home.

The role would appeal to those who enjoy the challenges and variety associated with working autonomously in the community environment.

It is essential that you have a current unendorsed drivers licence, a strong customer service focus, and have a broad range of clinical skills including wound management (both acute and chronic), intravenous therapy, urinary in-dwelling catheter management as well as knowledge in the management of long term conditions. Ideally you’ll have experience in a community setting however we will consider all applicants who can demonstrate practise at a proficient level.
