Dispatch & Stores Coordinator

Our client is New Zealand's leading supplier of thermal and acoustic insulation materials to the commercial, industrial, and marine sectors.
They are currently seeking an experienced Dispatch and Stores Coordinator to join their fast-paced team.
This is a temporary position with the potential to go permanent for the right person.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule dispatches, deliveries, and pickupsLiaise with the factory team to align production with delivery timelinesProvide clients with shipping updates and ETAsProactively resolve transport issues or delaysMaintain accurate records of dispatch activity and driver detailsLiaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operationsMonitor compliance with safety protocols and proceduresUse Microsoft Excel and dispatch systems to track and report on deliveriesKey Requirements:Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics coordination roleStrong communication and confident phone manner with suppliers and customersAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilityMust have a current OSH forklift endorsementReach forklift experience is essentialMobile Elevated Work Platform and Working at Heights is advantageousReady to apply?
