Dispatch Officer

Our client in Otorohanga, Waikato are a global leader in lime and limestone solutions and are looking for a Dispatch Officer. You will be responsible for receiving and processing sales orders and the daily administration of the weighbridge.

Some of your duties will be:

Coordinating transport to dispatch the product
Data entry of customer orders
Liaise with customers regarding dispatch queries
General administration and site administration support and duties
Taking receipt of all incoming goods, direct freighter/courier to appropriate facility and advise the purchaser of their arrival

To be successful you will need:

A current Forklift license
Be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 kgs
Able to pass a drug screen
The availability to work 40 hours a week
