At the end of the day, all our staff know that they have contributed in some way to making a difference in someone's life.About the roleThis is a pivotal role reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Team, leading the quality and regulatory function and serving as the organisation's Privacy Officer. This role has responsibility for building a quality culture; managing quality systems, regulatory accreditation and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP); and promoting good privacy practice across the organisation. This role is key to ensuring NZBS is in a constant state of compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.You will serve as the organisations quality and privacy champion for all strategic and business planning processes and sit on relevant governance and advisory forums delivering agreed outcomes to ensure the overarching purpose of NZBS is achieved.You will build trusted relationships with national and international quality professionals and organisations in the sphere of blood and laboratory management.About youYour proven leadership experience in developing, motivating, and building high performing teams and managing relationships results in effective outcomesYou have significant experience in the health industry and experience of managing quality systems in laboratory, biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.You hold a degree in science or health related discipline as well as experience in building a strong quality culture and promoting, applying and educating on principles of Quality management across an organisation.As a member of the Executive Team, your ability to live and driving NZBS Values through role modelling will be a core expectation those behaviours, your strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively will also see you succeed in this roleThis is a superb opportunity for a high performer to contribute to the ongoing growth, development and sustainability of an organisation providing vital services to the people of New Zealand.To ensure that you don't miss out on being considered for this role, please apply now.If you have any questions in relation to the role please email Karen Didovich, Director of Human Resources & Organisation Development at ********** agency queries please.
