Developing culture and engagement
Active participation at Executive level helping to shape our future
Developing and delivering our people and health and safety strategies
Strong focus on delivering business plans and providing services
Workforce planning, people development and organisational change

You will have proven experience in working effectively at all levels within a complex organisation and actively participating at executive level developing and implementing strategic plans, Road Maps and delivering on operating plans. Substantial experience in a Human Resources executive role/s, leading and developing teams and providing expert advice on the full range of Human Resource, Health and Safety and culture change for a complex organisation. You will bring significant experience in change management, strong commercial background, ideally in industries where innovation, safety and people culture are a core business capability.
