We are seeking for a Director of IS Business Services (Project Delivery and Architecture).
About the role:
This is a rare opportunity in the Hamilton market to lead a large (50+) IS Architecture, Project Delivery, & BA team designing & delivering complex mission critical solutions within a 24/7 environment.
You will be joining the organisation at an exciting period of change, both in the way the organisation delivers its core services and also in the way the IS team engages with and delivers services to our customers.
This is a challenging role requiring a charismatic natural people leader who is an adept professional, comfortable taking a pivotal role championing & leading the change and is a genuine team builder, mentoring the team to help deliver the best possible customer outcomes. Leading from the front, you'll demonstrate to the team your drive, energy, enthusiasm, decisiveness and will be confident in your decisions.
This senior position sits on the ISLT, reports to the CIO, and has direct engagement with the wider organisations Executive Leadership Team. We'll be looking to you to leverage your leadership talents and champion our approach and direction in technology.
It is envisioned that the successful candidate will be a seasoned leader of people within an environment of change leveraging recognised Architecture, Project Delivery, & BA frameworks. You'll be comfortable both with technology and in directly managing & leading technical teams and their performance, and be an accomplished communicator with a record of execution.
Requirements:
You will have to come from a digital background with 20 years ICT experience and 15 years+ extensive IT management experience both, strategic and operational, in a sophisticated IT environment supporting multiple business units.
