You will provide strategic direction to the Directorate and FMD Management team and provide high quality advice to the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC), The Assets and Liabilities committee (ALCO) and the RBNZ Board.You will lead and oversee:The Bank's balance sheet activities and ensure that the tool are appropriately designed and managed to meet monetary policy and financial stability objectivesOversee high quality advice to key committees and the BoardBuild, motivate, and develop a team with the range of capabilities and expertise needed to deliver on its broad mandatePromote wider thought leadership on financial market policy and contribute to communications that build public understanding of Te Putea Matua's role.O pukenga - About youYou will be both adaptable and strategic in your thinking and your explanation of technical information is second to none.
