Direct Products Coordinator

Our client is a leading boutique consultancy based in Wellington or Auckland and are looking for an Direct Products Coordinator to join their expanding business.
This is a permanent position for a motivated self-starter familiar with the sales cycle as you will be working in a fast paced and reactive environment where you will be required to shift your focus at any one time.
With a large existing client base, this role will be a mix of revisiting old clients, hunting new business and account management.
You will have to be process driven person with a good technical foundation as this role acts as a helpdesk support for clients.
Our client is looking for someone who can:
Prove 2-3 years coordination experience in a sales environment
Identify opportunities to increase revenue with new and old clients
Work across a range of technology platforms and support those clients using them
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Confidently face clients through the onboarding process and into future support
Prioritise work and think on your feet
Manage multiple diaries
Remain level headed and calm in testing situations
Plan and facilitate in product workshops
Take ownership and responsibility
Work both in a team and autonomously
Work confidently on Macs and Microsoft programmes
There is travel involved with this role, so this will includes nights away from home.
