The Role.
You will use your exceptionally savvy sales skills to match our products and online services to the customer's needs in order to grow our key business metrics. You will influence and educate our customers on the features and benefits of our online platform, MyCCA, as well as our vast portfolio of beverages. You'll be proficient in planning and time management and required to have a continuous improvement mind set to achieve your results focussed KPI's.
What Do I Need?
Passion, drive, resilience, and natural people skills! Although this role has a digital focus, you will be interacting with customers over the phone so exceptional customer service skills are a must. You will need to be articulate, confident at building relationships, experienced with Microsoft Office and have the ability to solve problems on the go. Experience in the sales capacity, proven ability to manage multiple priorities and effective time management is essential and ideally you will know how to drive your results through understanding your customer and interpreting sales data
