Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit careers.accor.com.Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionTo define the marketing and communications plan for the hotel and its different profit centres at place, area, country and international levels as well as B2B and B2C.To implement actions contained in the marketing and communications plans and produce and/or supervise the production of any marketing and communications material.To increase the hotel's exposure in external communications networks, and build up a good working relationship with the press and local media.To set up a sponsoring and local partnerships policy.To work closely and update E-commerce of all communication actions.PR activities for the hotel.Internal communication: provide guidelines for the staff when launching new brand concepts or partnerships.Represent the hotel in the media and other relevant occasions.Partner with the Food & Beverage teams for hotel promotions and provide reports on the activities.Work closely with HR to develop and support internal communication.Online and print collateral management.Responsible for the marketing collaterals from creation to promotion (press releases, hotel factsheet, advertisements and publicity materials, restaurant menus).Maintain long-term relationships with external clients and suppliers.Open communication to every level of employees in various departments.The ability to manage information available internally and externally in a sensitive and confidential manner and sharing information in a selective and professional manner.Overall Global Coordination of initiatives.QualificationsKnowledge and ExperienceDiploma or Degree specializing in Marketing or communications with at least 4 years relevant working experience.CompetenciesCharisma, presence and natural authority.An open-minded attitude, an enquiring mind, cultural adaptability.Creative, proactive, team spirit.Good sense of organisation and ability to prioritise.Fluent English (written and spoken).Results-driven.Excellent writing skills.
