The role requires a track record producing results in leading and evolving digital marketing, through innovative technology strategies and engaging content. You will need to be hands-on, have a ‘rolled-up sleeves’ approach and focused on driving ideas to completion.You will utilise your deep, cross-channel digital marketing experience and develop innovative campaigns that bring our brands to life in the digital space, engage consumers globally and grow e-com sales. You will lead a team of one and you’ll hold a senior role within the company, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Shape the marketing model to fully embrace digital engagementDevelop, implement and manage digital strategyLead team to drive sales, profit and consumer experience via e-commerce, SEO, EDM and other digital strategiesScope, lead, manage and execute digital projectsLead email marketing that strives for acquisition and retention. Ensuring content freshness, relevancy, consistency and appropriate balance of brand story-telling and commerceManage execution of content, site, traffic and marketing campaign analysisManage website analytics, SEO + Split A/B testing data for strategic insights for continual performance improvementsRelationship management of external and internal stakeholders (Partners and colleagues)Build business cases to validate new marketing opportunities, generate revenue, consumer database growth, and maximise ROICreate and share customer insights, understand key macro trends impacting the business and industry, champion and share across wider businessLead, coach and support your team, ensure a high level of effectiveness in delivering digital initiatives, improvements, and campaigns.Work with Marketing, IT, and the wider business to evolve the roadmapYOU WILL BRING:Experience in creating digital strategies that drive growthA solid understanding of CMS platforms (ideally SilverStripe) and Ecommerce toolsExperience with SEO, PPC, RetargetingExperience in creating Social Media strategies that create engagement and drive growthExperience in driving sales online, website conversion,Data-driven mindset with strong google analytics experienceHighly motivated and driven, keen to take responsibility for channel growthMUST-HAVES:Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, commerce or related field; coupled with 8+ years hands-on experience in a similar digital roleHave an obsession for perfecting the customer journey experienceExpert level ads manager in FB, Google Analytics, FB analytics, email marketing, website optimization & customer experience softwareDemonstrated ability to develop comprehensive digital marketing & communications plans, and translate them into day-to-day activitiesStrong people skills, including leadership and relationship management experiencePassion and drive to achieve results and think strategically to delivery business successProven track record of managing data-driven digital marketing automation and CRM projectsStrong written and oral communication skills
