About the role
Our client has an opportunity for a motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join their organisation and help enhance their Digital Marketing strategy. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will bring a customer centric user experience to life through the organisations digital assets and lead a small team of digital specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy to support the overall business objectives.
Plan and develop digital marketing plans to support the broader sales & marketing functions.
Create and produce leading class digital assets and ensure consistency across all their digital channels.
Implement and help optimise all SEM, SEO and Social activities and initiatives.
Lead the development and implementation of an effective social media and content strategy.
Develop and foster a lead nurturing process that assists in capturing data to further optimise user journey and qualify leads.
Managing and mentoring a small team of digital marketers.
Lead in the development of all websites and landing pages from ideation, to creation testing, reporting and continual improvement.
Oversee a CRM implementation and ensure that all campaigns are integrated.
Ensure campaigns are appropriately tagged and tracked.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing a small team of digital marketers.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Previous experience in digital marketing with demonstrated experience in campaign management and implementation across all facets of digital marketing ie SEM, Social, Content, Display, SEO.
Highly motivated and a doer rather than a delegator - hands on role
Expert understanding of contemporary marketing practices and through-the-line marketing communications.
A clear understanding of how Digital can work to support Brand and Project Marketing.
Experience in managing complex customer facing websites and digital products.
Ideally hold a business or marketing degree.
