As a Digital Marketing Consultant at Traction, you will: Manage your own accounts and build strong relationships with clients Understand their goals and needs and develop effective digital strategies with SEO, SEM and Social Advertising Implement, monitor, and optimize your projects using various tools and platforms Analyze and report on the performance and outcomes of your projects Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM and Social Advertising To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 3 years of proven experience in SEO A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field A Google Ads certification or equivalent Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow It would be nice if you also have: Experience in SEM or other digital marketing channels Experience in working at a big four consultancy or digital agency Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, etc. What you'll be: Hands-on: You'll be willing to try new things and get your hands dirty (metaphorically!)
