HEB Construction is a dynamic and innovative leader in the construction of New Zealand's Infrastructure. The opportunity
This newly created role will assist and support the Communications Manager to maintain the effective delivery of information and business communications to HEB employees, clients and stakeholders. The Digital Marketing & Communications Advisor will help with designing and publishing engaging content across multiple channels, aiming for maximum reach and engagement.
Our employees are based on various sites and offices throughout NZ with varying levels of accessibility and we run multiple communications platforms and channels requiring regularly published and/or distributed content in the form of short and long form digital articles, video stories and photography. This role will be responsible for digital platform management, content creation and maintenance, creative design, coordination with key content sources and the management of our intranet (Mango Apps).
About you
We are looking for someone who loves and understands technology, has strong creative eye, good graphic design skills (including InDesign experience) and experience working with analytics to provide insights for improvements. You will have previous experience and capability driving engagement and designing content for multiple channels as well as the ability to identify solutions to make the way we communicate internally and externally better, as the business grows.
You are able to build positive working relationships across a variety of business units, teams and suppliers and you display a confident, engaging and dynamic approach when dealing with people and tasks. You will also be comfortable working within a fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
