About the Role
As a key member of our Digital Technology team, you’ll work closely with our People & Culture team to provide capability to enhance, support and maintain software applications. To do this you will a need sound understanding of HR (Including Corporate Risk & Health & Safety) business process and challenges that HR users face on a day to day basis. As well as supporting existing applications and functions the role plays a significant part in the development of enhanced digital functionality working within a scrum team to deliver value to the business through the delivery of application increments.
What we are looking for
Critical to your success in this role is your broad and proven ability to understand business functions and how technology supports those, if you have worked closely with an HR team in a apps support/business process analyst role previously, we would love to talk to you! You’ll have a solid background in applications maintenance support, with strong BA skills & a good knowledge of information systems capabilities & trends. You'll actively seek out opportunities to leverage enterprise technologies for simplification and continuous improvement and have proactive involvement in the end-to-end lifecycle of digital features including design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance. Bring your working knowledge of delivery within an Agile environment – with your exposure to Scrum & Kanban practises, you’ll be up to speed and set up for success in no time. You’re an excellent communicator – both written & verbal, with a flexible approach and an ability & desire to take on new challenges!
