Could you be our new Digital Designer?
This is an important role within our digital experience team where you will play an integral part in the successful delivery of market leading creative solutions across our digital platforms. With a focus on our digital channels, you will be across the different phases of creation from concepts to storyboard right through to final asset production. This is a role that will allow you to develop engaging and inspiring creative that optimises our customer journeys and campaigns across our digital touchpoints.
Key responsibility areas will see you:
Develop and deliver digital first designs that adhere to brand guidelines
Liaise with key stakeholders of the business to ensure an optimised creative strategy
Identify ongoing improvements to creative templates, components and assets
Ensure designs are optimised for best practice accessibility and SEO optimisation
Contribute to experimentation across content and user journey to optimise performance
Collaborate closely across CountdownX tribes and with wider key stakeholders
We are looking for someone who is highly customer focussed with the proven ability to identify and deliver creative assets for web and email marketing campaigns that drive commercial outcomes. You will have the drive and ability to bring digital experiences to life and strive to deliver best in class digital design innovation.
To be successful in this role, your background will likely reflect:
A minimum of 3 years experience in a digital first creative design role
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
Strong understanding of the end to end design lifecycle and demonstrable skills in communicating ideas and concepts from sketch to final artwork
Ability to communicate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Email Marketing CMS experience an advantage e.g. Mailchimp, SFMC, Responsys
Experience in jQuery and HTML5 an advantage
