What's the role?
We are looking for a Digital Design Lead, to join a broad product team with roles ranging from UX, visual design, learning design, customer experience and software developers.

To join iQualify as a Digital Design Lead, you'll need:
Practical UI design skills; flow, hierarchy, colour, typography, usability, accessibility - all that good stuff
Analytical and problem solving skills; take complex data, workflows, and business logic and turn it into something intuitive
Communication skills; can communicate clearly and precisely with developers, lean facilitators and product owners
Self-Management skills; can manage your time effectively, prioritise workloads, and seek clarification when needed
Curiosity; being ok with not knowing, and finding the answers along the way - we iterate by building, measuring and learning
Initiative; results oriented and able to anticipate problems and find solutions
Leadership; being comfortable mentoring other designers and broader team members
Your experience:
You've been doing web and app design long enough to do it in your sleep, but you're up to date with modern practice
You've worked extensively with complex SaaS or Enterprise apps, ensuring a broad range of users can meet have their diverse needs met elegantly, every day
You've successfully balanced multiple projects at once, keeping key people in the loop all the while
You've worked in Lean or Agile environments before, and are comfortable both working with the big picture and getting stuck in to detail
You're comfortable making decisions based on what you know right now, and iterating on them later
Ideally, you:
Have experience using tools like Sketch and Abstract as part of your workflow
Are comfortable talking CSS, LESS/SASS, JS and the like (even if you're not coding it)
