We are all proudly contributing to making journeys better.This is a Fixed Term Opportunity until the end of June 2020.Key Functions in this role:Ability to come up with new, creative ideas using innovative, yet commercially driven approaches for The Mall, Auckland Airports Online Shopping Experience.Working as part of an Omni-channel team and alongside the Graphic Designer, eCommerce Manager and marketing support functionsCreate briefs and maintain a range of high-quality digital content for a duty & tax free eCommerce marketplaceAssist in developing and implementing digital assets for content-led campaigns in line with the strategic goals set by eCommerce ManagerSupport creation, upload and management of images plus copy across the site as well as emails, social media, content and ad banners for Auckland Airport’s marketing channels.Support the Senior Graphic Designer on ad hoc requests for basic imagery alterationsWorking with retailers to source imagery and creative pieces to support the requests of The Mall’s content calendar and dedicated site pages and maintain respectivelyLiaison with retailers/suppliers on availability and stock of products to support promotional activity run by The MallAssist the eCommerce Manger to identify, collect, analyse and communicate metrics for digital campaigns and regularly adapt content based on these learningsAssist with admin support for Ecommerce marketplaceQualifications and Skills required:Preferred tertiary qualifications in digital, communications, multi-media, or significant relevant experience.A min. of 2 years practical experience loading, maintaining and managing content for a digital (ideally commercially driven) environmentGood organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner.Great communication skills with the ability to take direction as well as complete tasks autonomously.Helpful, pro-active, creative, resourceful and reliable personalityAbility to work independently and as part of the teamSelf – motivation with ability to work towards tight deadlinesApplications for the roles closes on the 26 November 2019.What are you waiting for?
