Au Mahi | What You Will Do In this role you will identify and cultivate relationships that generate philanthropic gifts that support the strategic objectives of the university. As a key member of the growing team, you will be incremental in the team's development. the Development Specialist is expected to build an annual fundraising income portfolio of $500,000. You will help to raise funds for scholarships, projects and programs in the university. Mou | Who You Are You have more than 3 years of experience and a successful track record in major gift fundraising and have experience working with a wide range of donors, volunteer supporters and staff. You have strong negotiation and relationship building skills, are comfortable and effective in making written and face-to-face requests for financial support. You will have experience in prospect/customer life-time management, with a track record of personally securing major gifts >$25,000 from an individual or organisation.
