Development Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

You will stay connected with People Leaders, Technical Leaders, Product Managers, Design Directors and Product Architects, to form an effective team who jointly are accountable for the delivery and support of the Products Xero have to offer. As a Dev manager you'll advocate for the right kind of investment in engineering process improvement, tooling, technical re-invention and non-functional requirements.

You have a strong leadership background, leading and building engineering teams
You may currently be a development manager or perhaps you are a Technical lead or Developer Team Lead.
You will have heaps of experience working with software development projects at scale
You have demonstrated experience in defining software development best practice through experimentation and observation of successes.
